Each shop publishes its own return policy on its shop and product pages. To request a return, open the order under Account → Orders and start a return request. Custom, personalized and print-on-demand items are usually final sale — this is noted on the product page.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or, if you both agree, as store credit at that shop.
