Faith-filled finds from independent Christian makers

This Seller Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies to anyone who opens a shop on MaranBox.
You are an independent business, not our employee, agent, or partner. You are solely responsible for your listings, product quality and safety, regulatory compliance (labeling, food, cosmetics, children's products, etc.), pricing, taxes on your sales, fulfillment, customer service, and honoring your stated policies. You will maintain accurate stock and processing times and ship promptly with tracking where available.
List only items you have the legal right to sell. Photos and descriptions must be accurate and your own (or properly licensed). Listings must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove listings or suspend shops that create risk for buyers or the Platform.
Buyers pay you directly through your own connected payment-processor account (Stripe or PayPal). MaranBox never receives, holds, or disburses your sales funds — there is no platform payout cycle. You are the merchant of record for your sales, and your processor's terms, payment-processing fees, and chargeback rules apply to you. Refunds are executed by you through your processor; you must promptly issue refunds owed under the Returns & Refunds Policy or a MaranBox dispute mediation outcome. The Platform cannot reverse charges on your behalf, and failure to honor required refunds may result in suspension.
Sellers pay MaranBox a platform commission of 10% per sale, calculated on the item price plus shipping, minus any discounts applied, and excluding tax collected. Sellers subscribed to the Pro Store plan (US $25/month) pay 0% commission while the subscription is active. Commission accrues per order and is billed to you on a periodic platform invoice; refunded orders receive a corresponding commission reversal. Fees and plan pricing may change with 30 days' notice; individual seller arrangements may vary by written agreement with MaranBox. Current fees are also summarized on the Sell on MaranBox page. We may suspend shops with overdue platform invoices.
Where marketplace-facilitator laws apply, we may collect and remit sales tax on your behalf; otherwise you are responsible for your own tax collection, reporting, and remittance, and for providing accurate tax information.
You will indemnify MaranBox for all claims arising from your products and conduct as set out in the Terms of Service, including product-liability and IP claims. We recommend sellers carry appropriate product-liability insurance.
Either party may end this agreement at any time; outstanding orders must still be fulfilled or refunded. We may suspend or terminate shops for policy violations, excessive disputes, fraud, or legal risk, and may withhold payouts pending investigation.
