MaranBox respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws, and we terminate repeat infringers.
Our designated agent for receiving copyright and trademark infringement notices is:
MaranBox IP Agent
MaranBox · P.O. Box 4821 · Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729, USA
Email: support@maranbox.com (subject "IP Notice")
The fastest way to file a complete notice is our online form: Report infringement (DMCA).
Submit your notice through the IP claim form, or send it to the designated agent above, including: (1) identification of the protected work; (2) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing listing; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the rights owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
If your listing was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same identifying details, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of California, and your signature. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices will be terminated. Misrepresenting infringement in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
