Some sellers on MaranBox offer print-on-demand (POD) products — items printed and shipped to order by a third-party production partner (for example, Printful or Printify) that the seller has connected to their own account. This policy explains how that works and the rules that protect everyone.
The seller designs the product and sets the retail price. When you place an order, the order details and ship-to address are forwarded to the seller's chosen production partner, who manufactures and ships the item. MaranBox is not the manufacturer, printer, or shipper, and the production partner is not a party to your contract with the seller. Your purchase contract is with the seller, as with every listing on the Platform (see our Terms of Service).
Before publishing a POD product, every seller must affirm that they own or are properly licensed to use the artwork and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, and does not violate our IP & DMCA Policy or Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited designs include (without limit) unlicensed brand logos, celebrity likenesses, copyrighted characters or art, hateful or harassing content, and anything illegal. Sellers indemnify MaranBox against claims arising from their designs.
If you believe a POD product infringes your rights, file a notice through our IP claim form or the procedure in our IP & DMCA Policy. We remove infringing and prohibited POD listings and may suspend repeat infringers.
POD items are produced just for you after you order, so they typically take longer than stocked items (production plus shipping), and returns or exchanges follow the seller's stated return policy and may be limited for custom or personalized goods except where the item arrives defective or incorrect. Estimated production and shipping times, where shown, come from the production partner and are not guaranteed by MaranBox.
